This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published and provided
by Black_Swan that link to this Privacy Policy, including:
Pounce: Cat Toy, Game for Cats
(com.BlackSwan.Cattoy),
Village Siege: Tower Defense
(com.BlackSwan.BarbariansTowersStrategy), and
Small Ball Shooter
(com.BlackSwan.SmallBallShooter)
(collectively, the "Applications").
Black_Swan is referred to in this policy as the "Service Provider."
The Applications are provided as free services and are intended for use as is.
The Applications do not require account registration and do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other contact details. The Service Provider does not maintain user profiles or directly store personal information submitted by users.
The Applications use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. When the SDK is permitted to request ads, it may automatically collect and share the following information with Google:
Google may use this information for advertising, ad measurement and SDK analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
The Applications do not currently use a separate analytics service. Any analytics described above are part of the Google Mobile Ads SDK and its operation.
Where required by applicable law, the Applications use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your privacy choices before requesting advertisements. Depending on your location and choices, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertisements.
Where privacy options are required, you can review or change your choices at any time through the privacy settings or privacy options available in the relevant Application. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID using your device's privacy settings.
Google processes information collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK according to its own terms and privacy practices. For more information, see:
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to the safeguards described in Google's privacy documentation.
The Service Provider does not operate user accounts and does not directly retain personal information submitted through the Applications. Information collected by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and user controls.
For a privacy request concerning the Service Provider, contact aliaksandr.pauliuchyk@gmail.com. Because the Applications do not create user accounts or collect contact details, the Service Provider may not hold information that can be linked to your request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses of data for targeted advertising. You may exercise the privacy choices available in the relevant Application or contact the Service Provider using the email address above. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Applications are not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to the Service Provider, please contact aliaksandr.pauliuchyk@gmail.com.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information within its control. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided for material changes.
